All our products are handmade and designed by us, and all our fabrics are personally selected.

Personalised & custom products have a turnaround time of 14 working days.

All our products can be machine washed at 30 degrees on a standard wash.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping is charged at a flat rate of £3.95 - FREE on orders over £50

Signed for delivery can be selected for £5.60

Standard items will be sent within 3 days of ordering and you will be notified by email.

Personalised and custom orders have a lead time of 14 working days. This may be longer during busy periods such as Christmas so please leave plenty of time when ordering. 

Any change to lead times will be made clear on our website and Facebook page and you will be kept updated throughout your order process.

 

EASY RETURNS

Any item can be returned within 14 days of receipt if faulty.

If you simply change your mind, items can only be accepted if they are in their original condition and packaging, within 14 days.

Personalised and custom items cannot be returned unless faulty. Please check the spelling & other options available on custom orders carefully as we cannot take responsibility for any error during the order process.

Return postage cannot be covered by Dotty Daisies.

Please contact us before sending anything back.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Where appropriate you will be sent a tracking number and proof of postage via email.
